LakeBreeze Niagara Studio Suites was built in 1904 that was extensively renovated to provide you with the latest amenities including free secured WIFI when it was turned into a guest house seven seasons ago.

The eighty foot wrap around veranda gives guests a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a drink, conversation or a book.  The built in gazebo is used as an outdoor dining room during the warm months.  The beautiful cascading gardens are full of perennials and flowering bushes.

Go for a leisurely walk and enjoy the views of Lake Erie and the fabulous sunsets.  Stroll four blocks down Clarence Street and watch ships from around the world pass between Lake Ontario and Lake Erie.  It is quite a spectacular sight.  Don’t forget to visit one of the local beaches just a short drive away.

Located on the south shore of Niagara Peninsula, LakeBreeze Niagara is within a short drive of all the major attractions such as Wineries, The Shaw Theatre, Niagara Falls, Casino Niagara, Historic Niagara on the Lake and the U.S. Border. LakeBreeze Niagara Studio Suites is located on at the junction of the Friendship Trail Cycling Path and the Welland Canal Cycling Path.  Secured lockup for guest’s bicycles and equipment is provided along with maps, tourist guides and local information.

Being sensitive to the growing number of allegories that guests can have, LakeBreeze Niagara has gone green by changing over to all non chemical cleaners, washing detergent and dish soaps! We are also a pet and smoke free environment (smoking is permit on the verandas!)
